Product Return/Refund Policy

Products that Naagtag considers to be custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable as they generally cannot be resold. Examples of custom orders include, but are not limited to: items with company logos, items with personal names or text, and in general any items that are engraved or printed in any way. Exceptions to this policy are discussed in the following sections.

Any changes to account is customers responsibility. This includes Billing, Shipping, E-mail, Phone, etc. Naag Tag will use a previous shipping address on file unless it’s disclosed differently at the time of ordering.

Customer must provide list of names and titles on a copy-paste basis to reduce any errors by Naag Tag when making the product.

If a customer has multiple products, they must include an image of the product or SKU number (Product Number) to avoid errors.

When ordering on our website, the customer is responsible to indicate any special requests on “Special Instructions” section.

Once the order has been sent to production and customer requests updates on said order, it is under Naag Tag’s Team discretion to update order upon availability of production team and finalization of product.

Products peak quality is 6 months or higher under proper product use and care

*Naag Tag reserves the right to refuse orders including but not limited to profanity, images, vulgarity, symbols, derogatory to any groups, or not in accordance with company ethic.

Products Produced Incorrectly

Product that is produced incorrectly or not in accordance with a customer’s written instructions (including e-mails and other electronic communications) will be replaced and expedited by Naag Tag at the customer’s request, with no additional charges to the customer, provided that the customer’s request is made within 14 days of the customer’s receipt of the product.

ALL CUSTOMER REQUESTS FOR REPLACEMENT PRODUCT MUST BE SUBMITTED TO NAAG TAG WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE CUSTOMER’S RECEIPT OF THE PRODUCT.  NAAG TAG IS NOT RESPONSIBLE TO REPLACE INCORRECTLY PRODUCED PRODUCTS AFTER THAT TIME.

Naag Tag reserves the right to require that the customer send images of the incorrect product, or that the product itself be returned, before replacement product is issued.

Product that is ordered incorrectly by the customer must be reproduced at the customer’s expense if replacement product is desired.

Products ordered in error by the customer, but which Naagtag deems to be re-saleable may be returned for a 15% re-stocking fee. Shipping cost is customer’s responsibility and should be shipped to: 6796 S Airport Rd. , West Jordan, Utah 84084. Upon receiving product, Naag Tag will contact customer to process a refund with difference of 15% re-stocking fee of products. Availability of refund is based on customer’s banking processing timing.

Damaged / Defective Product

Product that has been damaged in transit to the customer, or that is defective in any way upon arrival, will be replaced and expedited by Naag Tag at the customer’s request, with no additional charges to the customer, provided that the customer’s request is made within 14 days of the customer’s receipt of the product.

Turn Around Time – Standard

Proofing Process

On orders requiring a new setup, a proof will be e-mailed to the customer within 2-3 business days of the date the order is submitted, at which point it is the responsibility of the customer to respond in a timely manner to approve the proof or request that it be adjusted.

The customer can choose to approve the proof as-is, approve it with a notation of changes that must be made, or request an additional proof showing the changes that must be made (up to 2 additional proofs).

Each additional proof that is requested will be e-mailed to the customer within 2 business days of Naag Tag’s receipt of the request.  Once the proof is approved the order is sent to production and is subject to the Production Time parameters outlined in the following section.

If customer decides to not proceed with order, they will be charged for proof cost and product cost.

Naag Tag may request Trademark on logos, images, etc. to produce products. Please review Terms and Conditions.

  • It’s the customer’s responsibility to have authority to use logos on products.

All products created by W.K. Wilson dba Naag Tag Engraving are subject to be photographed and used on websites, emails, social media and as company sees useful and appropriate unless otherwise specified by customer through a written request.

Production Time

Standard production time is 3-5 business days on most orders (100 items or less). For estimated production time on large orders please call our offices.

Shipping 

Shipping time is entirely dependent on the shipping method selected by the customer when the order is placed. 
Naag Tag shipping providers are United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS).

Naag Tag reserves the right to process a shipping claim through carriers dependent on status before deciding if company is at fault for reorder.
Otherwise, if product shows as delivered status (UPS or USPS), it is customer’s responsibility to follow up with selected carrier.

Expedited Turn Around Time

 A $66 rush fee will be assessed on orders that require expedited proofing and/or production.

Expedited (“Rush”) Proofing time (for orders requiring a new setup)

Guarantees that a proof will be e-mailed to the customer the following business day from the time the order is placed, or the rush status is requested by the customer, providing that the order is placed or the request is submitted prior to 1:00 pm Mountain time.

Customers that place rush orders or submit rush order requests after 1:00 pm Mountain time on any given day will be e-mailed a proof 2 business days from the time the order is placed or the rush order request is submitted.

Paying for rush proofing on an order also guarantees rush production of the order once the proof is approved as outlined in the following section.

Expedited (“Rush”) Production Time

Guarantees that orders of 100 items or less are produced and shipped the following business day from the time the order is placed, or the rush status is requested by the customer, providing that the order is placed or the request is submitted prior to 1:00 pm Mountain time.  Rush orders placed and rush order requests submitted after 1:00 pm on any given day will be shipped 2 business days from the time the order is placed or the rush order request is submitted.  For rush production on orders over 100 items please call our offices.

Expedited Shipping Time

Expedited shipping options are available and can be selected by the customer at checkout.  Customers who selected a standard shipping method at checkout but who then need expedited shipping can request a change in shipping method as long as the order is still in production by calling our offices. Naag Tag expedited shipping providers are United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS).

Delinquent Payment Policy

Any account with a balance that remains unpaid in excess of 30 days is considered past due, and Naag Tag will make use of phone calls, statements, etc. in order to collect the balance due on such accounts.

Accounts with a balance that remains unpaid in excess of 60 days in spite of the aforementioned efforts will be charged a $15.00 reoccurring late fee and/or interest of 18% will be added to any unpaid balance.

Any account with a balance that remains unpaid in excess of 90 days is considered delinquent and may be submitted to a collection agency or attorney, in which case the customer will pay all costs of collection, including up to a 35% collection fee, as well as reasonable attorney’s fees and/or court costs.
